Gail Wiles
I am the Director of the Deep Blue our Children’s Ministry at Bay Area Community Church in Annapolis Maryland. I have been on staff at BACC for seven years. I am married and a mother of two children. My husband and I have been married for 19 years and our children are ages 12 and 9. I am originally from North Dakota, but we moved to Maryland after my husband got out of the military in 1997. I graduated with a degree in Finance from Minot State University working in the mortgage lending arena but God had a different plan for me after the birth of my second child. As I have continued to grow in the role of Director of CM God has continued to grow my love for partnering with parents to fight for the hearts of their children. As a Faith@Home Ambassador, I would love to serve churches through coaching parents and exciting other CM leaders on how to partner with their parents!
Andy DeGuire
For the last six (6) years, I have been serving as discipleship pastor for Living Truth Church in Pace, Florida to help develop a culture of disciples-making-disciples. During that same time span I have been serving local Southern Baptist churches in my area in family ministry, focusing on strengthening marriages and equipping parents to train and disciple their kids. Prior to my ministry in Florida, I served as a campus minister in Toledo Ohio for five (5) years, seeking to establish new ministries on campuses in northwest Ohio. I have a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary, and a bachelors degree from Florida State University. I have been married to Heidi Carter DeGuire for almost twenty years; together we have four beautiful children from ages 15 down to 6. Our family has grown closer to the LORD and each other after my wife survived a deadly brain aneurysm that ruptured two years ago. It has been a trying experience, but the LORD has been our Helper and Healer. My gifts lie in the areas of teaching, encouraging, and equipping. I love the Scriptures! My passion lies in equipping parents to be the disciple-makers of the next generation(s)! I would love to serve churches through marriage and parenting seminars, coaching, family camps or retreats, fathering seminars, etc.

I am the Senior Director of Life Stages at Trinity Church in Lansing, Michigan. I have been married for 15 years, and have two of the most adorable girls, ages 8 and 3. I oversee ministries which encompass all stages of life including: children's ministry, student ministry, care ministry, marriage ministry, parenting, and family life. I currently provide direct oversight to both middle school and family life ministry. I received my BA in Pastoral Ministries from Vanguard University and my MA in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. In my 15 years of full time ministry I have been able to serve in the pastoral roles of middle school, high school, ministry development, small groups, and interim senior pastor. I enjoy speaking to both large and small groups and have experience with a variety of different denominations and backgrounds. I use humor, scripture, and practical application to help individuals and families discover who God has made them to be and equip them to live out what God has called them to do. I would love to serve churches through coaching, giving vision to what it means to partner with parents, marriage seminars, family camps or retreats.

Joel Singleton
Joel Singleton graduated from Harding University in 2005 with a degree in Bible and Religion. After college he and his wife Alison moved to St. Petersburg, FL where he has served as the Youth and Family Minister at the Northwest Church of Christ for the past seven years. While Joel worked with the Church, Alison completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and works with children and adolescents. Through their work with children, teens and families they realized the future of the church is in jeopardy. The key to the growth of Christianity depends on families becoming more intentional in passing down their faith. As a result, Joel authored the Imparting Faith Blueprint, and has produced several DVD's as teaching tools. He started a non-profit called Imparting Faith Inc. dedicated to providing families and churches with inexpensive resources to equip this generation to pass down faith. He has a passion for serving churches and would like to assist your church through...(coaching, parenting seminars, marriage seminars, family camps or retreats, fathering seminars, etc.)
Melinda Kinsman
Melinda Kinsman’s passion for equipping parents as primary faith trainers was birthed in her transition from public school teacher to children’s pastor at Beaverton Foursquare Church. Quickly realizing that one hour a week was not enough to impart faith to children, she began exploring creative ways to equip and encourage families to live out faith at home. Meeting Mark Holmen in 2006 was the catalyst needed to take the message beyond the silo of children’s ministry. Now, extending faith to the next generation through equipping parents and making home the primary place of spiritual formation is a core value of Beaverton Foursquare. In addition to Children’s Pastor, she serves as Family Discipleship Director, focusing on equipping parents through faith milestones, daily faith rhythms and intergenerational small groups. To balance ministry demands, Melinda and her husband Michael enjoy adventuring together in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, discovering God’s amazing creation as they snowshoe, hike, bike, and kayak. Together, they arethe proud parents of daughter Naomi, son-in-law David and grand-dog, Turley. I would love to serve churches through parenting seminars, family camps and coaching, with a particular passion and expertise in coaching leaders how to build and sustain the Faith at Home vision across all ministries, and how to develop resources for faith milestones, take-it-home events, and intergenerational small groups.
Jim & Lynne Jackson
In 1990, after serving as ministry staff in two large churches and bearing three intense and lively kids, Jim & Lynne became very intentional about parenting, and then about helping other parents. Lynne became a pediatric Occupational Therapist. Jim became a director of a ministry to high risk teens and their families. Together they developed numerous resources to inspire and equip parents for grace and truth in their relationships at home. After serving hundreds of parents and thousands of kids it became clear more was needed. In 2002 Jim & Lynne founded Connected Families to partner with churches to build strong families. Their presentrations bring real life to audiences through impromptu role-plays, transparent stories of their own success and failures, and by drawing on the experiences of hundreds of parents they have coached over the years. Their lively presentations leave parents laughing, crying, and hungry to bring God’s grace to life in their homes right away! As Faith@Home coaches, Jim & Lynne work with church staff to create church-wide strategies to more effectively equip parents for discipleship in their homes. Whether in the trenches with parents as mentors, on the stage as presenters, or in planning meetings with staff, Jim & Lynne bring a wealth of experience, overflowing passion, and years of wisdom to their service.
