Welcome to the Faith@Home movement! It’s great to have you on board as a youth pastor/leader. Working with youth today is a high calling and requires an incredible amount of creativity, energy, patience, energy, faithfulness, energy, commitment and more energy! As a former youth pastor I know the demands placed upon you and I can only imagine how you feel when you come face to face with the Faith@Home movement that is challenging you to inspire, motivate and equip parents of teenagers to be a part of their teens faith journey. I want you to know that you don’t have to try to figure out how to do this all by yourself. It is our intention, as your team of missionaries, to be an ongoing resource to assist you as you seek to be a more Faith@Home focused youth pastor/leader. So let’s get started!
