Why become a Faith@Home focused church/pastor? Reason #4

For the past ten years God has blessed me with the opportunity to speak to thousands of church leaders regarding what it means to be a church focused on faith at home Yet, the question I hear most often is—“What do I have to do to get my pastor on board with this?” Let me answer that question speaking from the place of a former Sr. Pastor who knows what it’s like to have many people telling you what you should get “on board” with. Here’s why you should consider becoming a Faith@Home focused church and pastor.

Multiple Faith@Home Models Exist. As a senior pastor I get excited when I look at different working models that can help me implement a new ministry strategy in my church. That is probably one of the things I enjoy the most is sharing with pastors a variety of models and methodologies for how they can become a more faith at home focused church. God has been leading a national and international Faith@Home movement over the last 5-10 years and as a result hundreds, if not thousands, of churches are now implementing Faith@Home strategies and initiatives across all of their ministries. We are seeing Faith@Home student ministries, children’s ministry, men’s and women’s ministry as well as senior’s ministry and even Faith@Home worship! Churches of every size, expression and affiliation are becoming Faith@Home focused and we have the privilege of serving them all and sharing their innovations with others through our website and Faith@Home coaching process.
